300 Acres quiet Rnt.
1 sh per 100 acres pr. annum

A Memorial entered in the Auditors office by
Moses Norman the 26th day of April 1733
A Grant bearing date January the 13th in year of
our Lord u one thousand seven hundred and ten [1710], containing
three hundred acres, Butting & Bounding to the South
Eastwards on Land Laid out to John Simmons and
on the West on Land of Job Chamberlain & Richard
Eagle, to the North on Land of Moses Graves & William
Holmes, Situate in Colleton County, The rents thereon
reserved to the Lords Proprietors being one Shilling per
hundred Acres payable every first day of December a
Memorial of the Said deed is required to be registered
by me Moses Norman, pursuant to an act in that
Case made and provided, In witness where of I the
Said Moses Norman have hereunto Set my hand
the 15th day of Feby 1732

Memorandum, In the Grant the Land is Said to be in Berkley
County, but when the dividing line was run it proved
to be in Colleton
