You, Thomas Mallard, Ezra Stacy & Wm. Wilson, chosen to appraise & divide the Estate of William Norman, or so much
thereof as shall be exhibited to you by the administrators of said Estate, do solemnly swear that you will do this
to the best of your understanding, & with a view to justice to the parties concerned.
